ANDRE G. Crenshaw
Care First. Justice Always.
At Crenshaw Law Firm, our mission is simple: treat every client with dignity, fight with skill, and pursue the full compensation that helps you move forward. We take the time to understand the real impact of an injury on your health, work, family, and future, and then build a case that reflects your true losses—not just a quick settlement number.
Our vision is to ensure that financial justice reflects what it should: fairness, accountability, and stability after someone else’s negligence changes your life. While we can’t undo the pain, we fight for results that compensate you for pain and suffering and restore balance by covering medical costs, lost income, and other economic losses—so you’re not left carrying a burden you didn’t create.

Attorney Crenshaw was amazing! I called Crenshaw Law Firm about a citation I received, and from the very first phone conversation I knew I was dealing with someone that had integrity. I was terrified of what would happen when I went to court for this citation, but Crenshaw walked me through exactly what to look for and what would possible happen. Everything he told me happened as he predicted. I would recommend Crenshaw Law Firm to anyway, because if its something he doesn't specialize in he will give you his thoughts and also point you in the right direction.Posted on Google James RountreeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Martha Gordon I’m writing to recommend Andre Crenshaw for a consultation for he is the most knowledgeable attorney I have met. I have no doubt Andre Crenshaw will get the job done.Posted on Google Martha GordonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My case was passed down from lawyer to lawyer. Attorney Crenshaw cares more about his clients than what he can get out of the deal. From our initial conversation until the very end…he was straight forward and very honest. After dealing with two lawyers that left the case sitting on their desks…using COVID as an excuse.. I’m glad my case came across Attorney Crenshaw’s desk!!! Thank you for your professionalism and your awesome staff.Posted on Google Mikki Carr

From the Court to the Courtroom
How I Became a Trial Lawyer
After playing college basketball, I became a financial advisor, managing assets for professional athletes with whom I had built lasting relationships. I began law school to become a sports attorney, but that summer changed everything. Watching Johnnie Cochran command the courtroom during the O.J. Simpson trial was a turning point. His confidence, precision, and purpose showed me the courtroom could be the ultimate competitive arena. I didn’t lose my athlete’s mindset, I redirected it. Today, that same drive fuels my fight to get fair compensation for my injured clients.

Competence. Commitment. Compassion.
Crenshaw
Being an effective injury lawyer takes more than knowledge of the law. It takes competence, the skill and judgment to navigate complex cases with precision. It takes commitment, a tireless pursuit of justice for every client. And it takes compassion, genuine care for the people you represent, understanding the impact an injury has on their lives, families, and futures. At Crenshaw Law Firm, these principles guide every case, ensuring that you aren’t just represented, you’re respected, protected, and supported with skill, dedication, and heart.
I Get You a Different Kind of Justice
What Financial Justice Means
Justice comes in many forms. In criminal law, it may mean punishment and accountability. In civil rights law, it can mean gaining dignity and equality. In family law, it may mean protecting children or resolving marital issues. In personal injury law, justice is mainly financial, it returns balance to a life disrupted by another’s negligence. Financial justice can’t undo the pain or fear, but it provides a path forward, covering pain and suffering, medical care expenses, and restoring stability, so you aren’t left carrying the financial burden because of someone else’s wrongdoing.
Getting to Know Me
Better Is Better
Early in my career, I worked at law firms employing numerous attorneys. But even at “big” firms, clients don’t get to choose their lawyer, and rarely get to speak with them. Being an effective lawyer takes skill, dedication, and genuine care. Hiring a big firm doesn’t guarantee these qualities in the attorney you are assigned. You often get lost in the shuffle. When you hire me, you know exactly who is fighting for you, a lawyer who knows your name, your story, and how to win your case. Bigger isn’t better—better is better.
I Put You First
I’ve always believed the best results come when a lawyer cares about the client they represent. All my cases begin with getting to know you. I get to know the pain, stress, and disruption your injury has brought. I take the time to see how it affects your work, family, and future, then build a case that reflects your true losses. With decades of experience navigating Florida’s personal injury laws, the legal work is second nature. What separates me is my compassion—treating you with dignity and purpose so that you are fully understood, protected, and represented.
How I Deal with Negative Perceptions
By Staying Motivated to Be the Best
It used to bother me when I heard, “I don’t want a Black lawyer.” I quickly realized that perception came from never having me as their attorney. Most people haven’t experienced the difference between a bad lawyer and a good one. Likewise, they don’t know the difference between a good lawyer and a “great” one. Even after decades of success, negative perceptions still drive and motivate me to maintain the highest levels of professionalism, competence, and preparation. I let my work speak louder than false assumptions and continue to earn my place among South Florida’s top injury lawyers.
In Between Rounds
When I’m not fighting in the courtroom, I stay grounded by staying connected. I advise young, talented individuals who, despite growing up with limited access to opportunity, are driven to create their own successful paths. I support and attend culturally and spiritually enriching community events. Whenever I get the chance, I’m on a basketball court revisiting my “I still think I’ve got game” days. These moments refuel me, sharpen my focus, and remind me why community, connection, and competition matter. Everything I do keeps me balanced, engaged, and ready for the next round of the fight.
After Nearly 30 Years in the Game
Laws continually change and reshape the rights of injured people. New technology transforms how cases are managed and presented. Shifting societal and political attitudes demand evolving, persuasive strategies to keep winning cases. Yet some things haven’t changed: my passion, drive, and commitment to my clients. After nearly three decades, I remain dedicated to standing between powerful systems and everyday people, ensuring that you are not taken advantage of. Every client and every story remind me that the law is more than rules—it’s about fighting for people. That fight never gets old.
